Hags are a non-playable Fey race in Baldur's Gate 3. They are clever, highly magical creatures who delight in the suffering they cause. Their power is further increased by their collections of magical trinkets, created by the Hag over the years.
“ | And so I rescind my previous guides to dealing with a hag, my suggestions for clever language and deceit. Instead, I offer these words should you ever encounter a hag: run. And pray she does not follow. |

About Hags
There are three known kinds of hags: Green Hags, Sea Hags, and Night Hags [1] Night Hags are named after their ability to haunt a mortal's dreams. They slowly devour the mortal's vital essense, collecting it in their soul bag. They are known to be petty and selfish, and prone to bragging. Sea Hags are said to smell of fish, and prefer to eat their victims whole. They can kill with a glance. Green Hags can appear as beautiful mortals, are very dangerous, and are quick to anger. [2]
