Tentacles are aberration creatures encountered in Act Three. They are found Atop the Netherbrain, lurking in the grey matter to ambush characters who dare to reach the Crown of Karsus.

Involvement[edit | edit source]

Tentacles pop up from within the Netherbrain when a party member draws within 3m / 10ft, putting the party member immediately in danger of an opportunity attack. There are four different aesthetic variations to the tentacle, changing the number of branching limbs, but there are no functional differences between them.

They will die instantaneously if landed on by the Dominated Red Dragon after it flies.
