Tinker Nayzeem is a Human businessman in the Rivington refugee camp in Act Three.

Nayzeem can be found in the refugee camp at X: 71 Y: -85. If the party speak with him, he complains about the bureaucrats that sent him to the camp. The party can listen to him rant to learn more about his business or tell him that they do not care.

  • Although listed as a human in-game, his appearance is that of an Elf or Half-Elf due to the pointy ears.
