Ricks Garven is a human resident found in the Rivington refugee camp at X: 44 Y: -105. He is one of the people protesting the refugees, by claiming that they are agents of the Absolute.

Involvement

If spoken to the party, Ricks claims that the refugees are just a cover for agents of the Absolute to infiltrate Baldur's Gate. The party can humorously scare him by exclaiming "Praise the Absolute".

If the toys in the Requisitioned Barn exploded his dialogue changes to mention he heard the explosion.
