Elyna is a Rock Gnome found in the Circus of the Last Days in Rivington. She can be found working in the off-limits dressing room area.

If she is spoken to during Dribbles' performance, she scolds the party. After combat, she laments on what happened to Dribbles and complains about how they had to rely on the outsiders (the party) for help.
