Cranium Rats are a type of rat Beast found in the Undercity Ruins and surrounding areas in Act Three. The Netherbrain speaks through the rats in unison.
Combat
Cranium Rats will become temporarily hostile when wandering too close to the Morphic Pool Dock before obtaining all three Netherstones.
Attacking a Cranium Rat will engage their passive feature Infectious Madness, and possibly cause Confusion in the attacker. This passive will not be triggered when attacking with area spells like Fireball.
