Cairos is the envoy of the Stone Lord, found in the middle of an argument with the Guild on the western shore in Rivington during Act Three.

Encounters

Cairos is found arguing with Farlin on a beach, accessed by following the path west of South Span Checkpoint to a area with a ship that sailed from Moonrise Towers X: -212 Y: 87.

Cairos or Farlin can be assisted, and the other faction will become hostile, or if the player tries to remain neutral or peaceful, both factions will be hostile. If the party waits too long to intervene, the two factions will begin fighting.
