Old Flake-Eyes is a dragonborn follower of the Stone Lord who can found in the middle of an argument with the Guild at the Western Beach in Rivington during Act Three.

Despite being a Copper Dragonborn, Old Flake-Eyes does not have the Draconic Ancestry (Acid) passive. Instead they have Draconic Bloodline Sorcerer's Draconic Ancestry: Copper (Acid) passive.
