Meenlock are enemies found in Act Two. These crustacean-like Fey are spawned by fear and seek to destroy all that is good, innocent, and beautiful.
Attacks and Abilities
Melee Attack - Claws
Lash out with venomous claws to Paralyse your target.
Attack roll: +6 3d4 (3~12) + Dexterity modifier Slashing
DC 13 Constitution saving throw to prevent Paralysed (Condition).
Shadow Teleport
Teleport to a shadowy location.

Notes
- The in-game description of the Meenlock Fear condition states a Wisdom Saving throw, but the check is on Constitution instead.
