Ursa is a bear summoned via a Beast Master's Bear Companion Bear Companion ability, a variant of Ranger's Companion Ranger's Companion. Ursa "upgrades" to Ursa Major Ursa Major once the Beast Master reaches level 5, and becomes Ursa Ingens Ursa Ingens once the Beast Master reaches level 11.
