Grim visages are an undead non-playable race found in Act Two. They haunt the Reithwin Tollhouse alongside its tollmaster Gerringothe Thorm, muttering madness the whole time. Each grim visage resembles a floating skull filled with billowing green smoke.

Outside of combat, each visage is protected by Shadow Visage Shadow Visage, preventing the party from preemptively weakening Gerringothe.
