The windmill Mind flayer is a notable Mind Flayer that can be found sleeping underneath the Abandoned Windmill in Rivington. It is brain-starved, as a result of its recent ceremorphosis.

If the party member interacts with the mind flayer, The Emperor The Emperor tells the party it is a recently transformed mind flayer, and then tells them to kill it, so they may consume its power. The party can either sneak away making a Stealth check to leave, or can wake up the mind flayer.
