Gronch is a half-orc found in the Rivington refugee camp at X: 86 Y: -79. He was traveling with Gregory and Nealos Bright.

Involvement
When encountered, Gronch appears to be wounded with his torso covered in bandages. The player can offer to examine his wounds (DC 10 
check, with 
Advantage for Clerics). If the check was successful, the player will discover that Gronch is not hurt, but merely pretending. He will then confess that he is faking it so that his traveling companions will stick around for a little longer.
