Philgrave's Mansion can be entered in multiple ways:
- Via a locked door in a stone wall at X: -8 Y: -158, which can be opened with a password after reading either
Letter to Oskar Fervas or the 
Parchment in the alley next to Bruc and Pishe's Emporium at X: 73 Y: -107. Otherwise, the door can be lockpicked or destroyed like any other door.
