Sister Shirra Clarwen is the granddaughter of the Monk's Manifestation and follower of Ilmater, who lived in the Open Hand Temple in Rivington.
Involvement[edit | edit source]
Upon reaching the Open Hand Temple, it is revealed to the party Shirra died the previous year, the year 1491 DR. Shirra was a sister and one of the trained deadspeakers at the Open Hand Temple. She was to endure the mania of her grandfather, the cursed monk of the Sentient Amulet, as was Ilmater's wont.
Her body may be found in the crypt beneath the temple, accessed through a hatch in the kitchen.
Shirra's body is inside the farthest sarcophagus on the left when entering the crypt. Inside is an inanimate zombie, now but a husk, her spirit having already departed.
