Redcap Blood Sages are a type of Fey creature in the Sunlit Wetlands during Act One.

Redcap blood sages serve Ethel Ethel. Born of bloodlust, these creatures keep their caps steeped in blood to survive. They initially appear as sheep to the party but become hostile if the party engage Ethel in combat.
