Otterdance Fenton is a gnome refugee in Rivington in Act Three.

Otterdance Fenton can be found in the Rivington refugee camp with Dandi Thistlepetal at X: 57 Y: -83. Otterdance has never been to Baldur's Gate but hopes to find a welcoming Gnome community.
