The Netherbrain speaks through the rats in unison.

Cranium Rats are temporarily hostile when wandering too close to the Morphic Pool Dock before obtaining all three Netherstones.
Attacking a Cranium Rat will engage their passive feature Infectious Madness, possibly causing in the attacker. This passive will not trigger when attacking with area spells like .
