Tormented Souls are Undead ghost creatures in Baldur's Gate 3. They can be found in Lady Jannath's Estate. They reveal themselves after the candelabra or painting they inhabit is destroyed.
Overview
Tormented souls will initially be inhabiting the golden candelabra around the estate. These have 10 Hit Points, and the conditions Burning (Condition) and Haunting Aura (Condition). They also have several immunities.
Being in the area near the candelabra will inflict the condition Phantasmal Force (Condition), causing 1d6 Psychic per turn.
They are one of two ghosts with the ability to possess objects, the other being the Vengeful Soul.
