Suspicious Poison is a Potion which is meant to look like a Potion of Healing but actually inflicts the condition when consumed. When thrown, it inflicts a notably more powerful condition than might be expected.[ See Notes]

- It cannot be used as a Coating, despite otherwise sharing common properties with this class of item.
- It can be used with the Beer Barrel in Grymforge to kill the 2 Duergar harassing Stickpit at the Grymforge Docks without a fight, though it does take a short while for it to kill them.
