'''Zanner Toobin''' is a [[rock gnome]], first found in the [[Steel Watch Foundry]]. If the player helps save the kidnapped Gondians in the [[Iron Throne]], he becomes a [[temporary companion]] while progressing through the Foundry.

If the party has not yet traveled to the [[Iron Throne]], they can find Zanner Toobin in the back room of the [[Steel Watch Foundry]]. He will inform them that the [[Gondian]]s dare not fight back against the Banites for fear of killing the hostages in the Iron Throne. The party can either choose to heed his pleas and free the hostages first, or ignore them and turn all the Gondians hostile.
