Flurry of Blows: Stagger is a Way of the Open Hand Monk class action. It is an enhanced variant of that will stagger the target, preventing it from using Reactions.

Notes
- prevents the target from spending Reactions, not from taking reactions entirely. This is important since many of the legendary actions given to bosses in Honour mode are reactions which do not cost a Reaction resource.
- This ability is similar to the feat since it disables a target's without a Saving throw.

- Additional sources of Bonus action such as or may be used to execute this attack multiple times per turn.
- This attack is affected by all bonuses that apply to regular unarmed attacks, such as , , or .
