• The ingame tooltip does not specify the damage type, but it is Radiant.
• The Callous Glow effect requires the target to be standing in a light level of  Clear Area.
• Actions and spells that deals multiple instances of damage, like  Flurry of Blows,  Magic Missile, or  Scorching Ray will apply the additional damage for every instance.
• Items that provoke conditional damage, such as  Phalar Aluve: Shriek, trigger an additional application of the 2Radiant damage (as of 4.1.1.3648072).
