Oubliette is an area under Moonrise Towers Prison that connects to the Mind Flayer Colony. it can be reached by descending in to the pit in the southern part of Moonrise Towers Prison (X: 580, Y: -690), or by jumping into thehole inside one of the prison cells (X: 579, Y: -615).
There is a Mind Flayer Parasite Specimen on a body (X:628, Y: -92)
You can only reach the other part of this area (Mind Flayer Colony) after defeating Ketheric on top of Moonrise Towers.
