Notes
- When the effect ends, affected creatures normally receive the condition, causing them to miss their next turn.
- Chain quaffing a second Potion of Speed can forestall the condition for a few more turns, but be sure to expend all normal actions before using the Potion of Speed with e.g. the very last Bonus Action, as any unexpended actions will be immediately lost.
