Constitution

Constitution is an ability score. Constitution affects your maximum hit points and concentration saving throws.

Your Constitution modifier is added to the number of hit points gained per level (including negative values), and is applied retroactively.

Stamina and physical endurance.

Ways to increase

The following items/entities can be consumed/used for a permanent bonus to Constitution:

• Auntie Ethel's Hair: +1 to any chosen ability
• Mirror of Loss: +2 to any chosen ability, up to a maximum of 24

The following feats can increase Constitution up to a base value of 20:

• Resilient: +1 to any chosen ability
• Durable: +1 to Constitution
• Tavern Brawler +1 to either Strength or Constitution

Affecting Constitution

The following items set the wearer's Constitution score to a specified value. They will have no effect if the user's Constitution score is higher without it:

• Amulet of Greater Health sets Constitution to 23

The following items increase Constitution while equipped:
