• Throw the potion to turn all Petrified creatures in a small area back to their organic forms.

• Found in the Apothecary's Cellar in the Blighted Villiage.
• Found in a Heavy Chest behind a wall of spiderwebs in the Underdark (X:81, Y:-206).
