Duration: 1 turn
- Can't move or take Actions, Bonus actions, or Reactions, and has Disadvantage on Strength and Dexterity saving throws.
- Attacks against a Prone creature have Advantage if they're made within 3 m / 10 ft of the creature.
- A Prone creature must spend half its Movement Speed to stand up.
- A character with the Athlete feat spends only 1.5 m / 5 ft of Movement Speed to stand up.

Notes
- While the description does not specify, the combat log shows that Flurry of Blows: Topple is a Dex save like the Quarterstaff ability and your ability save DC is 10+ your Dex Modifier. ie: a dex of 18 will be a DC of 14 = (10+4) that the target must fail agianst to be Kocked Prone.
- Does not trigger Extra Attack.
- Additional sources of Bonus action such as Wholeness of Body or Thief → Fast Hands may be used to execute this multiple times per turn.
- Affected by all bonuses that apply to regular unarmed attacks, such as Manifestation of Body / Soul / Mind from Way of the Open Hand.
