Lymn, about the inn.

Involvement

Last Light Inn

Lymn can be first encountered at the Last Light Inn, where she is patrolling the southern side route of the docks area, with Teebs patrolling in the opposite direction. She can sometimes be seen gazing off into the distance, making comments to herself as to what she sees beyond the moonshield, and reminescing about smoking her pipe.[1][2][3][4][note 1]

Resolve the Abduction

When Flaming Fist Marcus attacks the inn and attempts to kidnap Isobel during Resolve the Abduction, Lymn will frequently be amongst the Harpers that will avoid being Impaled Impaled, and will run up to fight with the Winged Horrors. If the party fails to protect Isobel, she and everyone in Last Light Inn will turn into a Shadow-Cursed Undead Shadow-Cursed Undead, save for Jaheira.

Speaking with her after the battle will have her remark that she felt "something wrong" about Marcus, but that his betrayal nonetheless came as a surprise[5].

Assault Moonrise Towers

If the party successfully prevented Marcus from capturing Isobel at the Last Light Inn, and once the Nightsong has been freed from her cage and is headed for Moonrise, Lymn will follow Jaheira to Moonrise Towers, where she, along with Harper Antony, Essius, and Naysa will survive the first assault and assist the party in the remaining fight against Absolute forces.

After the main battle, if she manages to survive the fight, she will guard the first floor of Moonrise Towers with the remaining Harpers.

Act Three

If alive, Lymn is summonable as an ally through the Gather Your Allies Gather Your Allies variant Silver Harp Squadron Silver Harp Squadron, if The High Harper is completed with Minsc alive.

Notes

  1. These can't actually be heard in-game, as Lymn never stops to reminesce or to observe. However, these lines are present and can be seen in the game files.
