Suspicious Poison is a Potion which is meant to look like a Potion of Healing but actually inflicts the condition when consumed. When thrown, it inflicts a notably more powerful condition than might be expected.[See Notes]
Don't be fooled - this 'potion' will leave you worse for wear.

Effect
- Inflicts when consumed.
- Constitution saving throw: DC 11
- Suffers Disadvantage on Attack Rolls and Ability Checks.
- Duration: 3 turns
- Automatically reattempts the save at end of round to remove Poisoned.
Suspicious Poison can alternatively be thrown. Action
- Throw the poison to create a small Poison Cloud.
- AoE: 1 m / 3 ft (Radius)
- Duration: 1 turn
- Deals 3d6 (3~18) Poisondamage to all creatures in the Poison Cloud and inflicts the condition on them for 3 turns. In addition, they must make a Constitution saving throw: DC 11 or receive the condition for 1 round.
- Creatures affected by the Constitution saving throw: DC 13 at the start of their turn or take 3d6 (3~18) Poisondamage. This damaging effect lasts for 10 turns or until a successful save is made. condition must make a

- The inventory icon is identical to a
- The most beneficial use of this item is actually to use it as if it were a (surprisingly powerful) Grenade.
- It cannot be used as a Coating, despite otherwise sharing common properties with this class of item.
- It can be used with the Beer Barrel in Grymforge to kill the 2 Duergar harassing Stickpit at the Grymforge Docks without a fight, though it does take a short while for it to kill them.
