The Blinded Elf is one of Auntie Ethel's victims. She is found dead in the Entrance Gallery of the Overgrown Tunnel.

The Blinded Elf can be found near Efrin in the Entrance Gallery of the Overgrown Tunnel.
It is possible to cast 
on her to learn more about her life, including her motivations for seeking out the Hag.
