The Decrepit Sanctuary (also known as the Druid Sanctuary) is a Location within the Putrid Bog in Act One of Baldur's Gate 3. It is a secluded island with a massive tree stump in the center, infested with Ancient Mud Mephits and Wood Woads.

If the illusion over the Sunlit Wetlands has not been dispelled, this area is known as the Druid Sanctuary.
To reach the Sanctuary, a chain of small islands must be Difficult Terrain including deep water, mud (Mephits will add onto the latter through their attacks or deaths), and vines.
across. At the furthest, largest island, the party will likely be attacked by the Mephits and Woads living there. There is plenty ofDespite the island being quite barren, there are a few magical items here.
Following the quest Investigate Kagha will lead the party here, to evidence of her conspiracy with the Shadow Druids, though this evidenc can also be discovered through exploration.
