Worgs are a generic Monstrosity found throughout Act One of Baldur's Gate 3. Viscous yet quite intelligent wolf like creatures, they often work or are enslaved by Goblins to become savage guard dogs and hunting companions for them.
They can be summoned as a companion by Goblin Sharp-Eye with the Worg Companion ability.
