Grush

Lookout Grush is a goblin stationed at the Shattered Sanctum in Act One. He and Torturer Spike interrogate Liam next to the Bloodied Shrine.

Involvement

Act One

When approached, a cutscene will play out where Spike is torturing Liam, and he asks the party if they will join him. The party can join and/or take over the interrogation, force them to leave using their Illithid tadpole, or lie to them that they have been relieved of their duties.

If the party tortures Liam such that he reveals the Emerald Grove's location, Grush will inform Minthara, who will prepare an assault on the Grove. After informing Minthara, they will move to where Abdirak is and loiter.

If they witness a party member undergo the pain ritual, Spike claims, he needs to "see it again" and commands Grush to undergo the ritual as well. The party can humorously watch as Grush takes hit after hit, eventually succumbing and getting  Knocked Out.
