Involvement

Act One

If the player character speaks to Kagran before speaking with Dror Ragzlin, Kagran shushes them and expresses wary hope that the mind flayer's corpse supplies them with answers. If spoken to afterwards, Kagran mentions not wanting to meet a living mind flayer, but that mingling with goblins is fine if the Absolute orders it.

Kagran and Narvass patrol the small gallery above Ragzlin's throne. As part of his retinue, they both join him in combat if a fight breaks out.
