  • This is the only potion in Auntie Ethel's workshop with a short-term benefit and long-term detriment.
    • Attempting to use Remove Curse Remove Curse will trigger the detriment immediately.
  • If you must use the potion's short-term benefit, its negative effect can be mitigated with the following strategies:
    • Kill the character who consumed the potion (they must actually be dead, not simply rolling death saves). Reviving the character with Withers or a Scroll of Revivify will remove the effect.
    • Respec at Withers into a build that doesn't utilize strength.
    • Switch to the Club of Hill Giant Strength as your main weapon.
    • If you plan to take a story path that permanently removes one character from your party roster (such as sacrificing someone to BOOOAL), you can give the potion to this character.
      • Similarly, you can give the potion to a Withers hireling you plan to later dismiss.
    • Consume the potion after taking your final long rest at the end of the game.
