Blade of Rime is an action that allows a Way of the Four Elements Monk to use their equivalent of by expending Ki Points instead of Spell Slots.
Description
Throw a shard of ice that deals 1d10Piercing damage. It explodes and deals 2d6Cold to anyone nearby. It leaves an ice surface.
This spell can be cast while you are .

- A character with the Athlete feat spends only 1.5 m / 5 ft of Movement Speed to stand up.
