- Found in a Heavy Chest behind a wall of spiderwebs in the Underdark X: 81 Y: -206. ESE of the Beach, NE of Arcane tower.
- Found on a table in the secret sub-basement of the Arcane Tower X: 146 Y: -421. You must first obtain Guiding Light to get there.
- Sold by Quartermaster Talli at the Last Light Inn (1 per long rest)
- Sold by Boney at the Circus of the Last Days in Rivington (2 per long rest).
Notes
- Unlike most potions, Basilisk Oil cannot be directly consumed by the user, and is instead administered to another creature or thrown.
