Dwarves are a playable race in Baldur's Gate 3.
Racial features[edit | edit source]
- Base Racial Speed
- You can move
7.5 m / 25 ft
per turn - Size
- Medium
- You have Proficiency with Battleaxes, Handaxes, Light Hammers, and Warhammers.
- Can see in the dark up to 12 m / 40 ft.
- You have Advantage on Saving throws against being and you have Resistance against Poison damage.
Subraces[edit | edit source]
Gold Dwarves[edit | edit source]
- Dwarven Toughness
- Your maximum increases by 1, and increases by 1 again every time you gain a level.
Shield Dwarves[edit | edit source]
- You have Armour Proficiency with Light armour and Medium armour.
Duergar[edit | edit source]
- Can see in the dark up to 24 m / 80 ft.
- You have Advantage on Saving throws against illusions and against being or .
- Gain the following Spells

- As of Patch 3, the Duergar version of Enlarge notably does not require Concentration.
