Acolytes of the Absolute are basic clerics that specialize in healing and supporting their fellow Absolutists.

Overview[edit | edit source]

Acolytes are devoted clerics of the Absolute, mainly specialized in healing and blessing their deadlier and more powerful allies. Like the zealots and adepts, and most other members of the broader Cult of the Absolute, acolytes are oblivious to the reality of the tadpoles and deceptive nature of the pretend-god, believing or being manipulated into believing that the Absolute is a new goddess.

Involvement[edit | edit source]

Act Two[edit | edit source]

Acolytes are primarily encountered within the halls of Moonrise Towers and in low numbers, serving as guards, and occasional handlers for new pilgrims. Each of the acolytes can be fought during the Assault on Moonrise Towers Assault on Moonrise Towers if they were not killed before.

Act Three[edit | edit source]

A number of acolytes were initially present during the battle for High Hall, with all of them perishing during the City Watch's rout from High Hall. No living acolytes remain when the party arrives, with most being killed or incinerated by the Watch.

Combat[edit | edit source]

Acolytes are low-level clerics who focus on healing and blessing their fellow cultists during combat, only occasionally shooting their crossbows to harass their enemies when it's convenient to do so or when there are no allies to support. 3 Level 2 Spell Slots.png4 Level 1 Spell Slots.png
