Invoker of Bhaal are human members of the Cult of Bhaal and can be found throughout the Bhaal Temple and other areas of Act Three.

Reduces the target's Movement Speed by 3 m / 10 ft.

Alter time around up to 6 enemies to Slow them. They won't get far, they can't do much, and they're easier to hit.
