The Blinded Elf is one of Auntie Ethel's victims. She is found dead in the Entrance Gallery of the Overgrown Tunnel.

The Blinded Elf is found near Efrin in the Entrance Gallery of the Overgrown Tunnel.
You can cast Speak with Dead on her to learn more about her life, to include her motivations for seeking out the Hag.
