Worgs are a generic Monstrosity and non-playable race found throughout Act One of Baldur's Gate 3. Vicious yet quite intelligent wolf like creatures, they often work or are enslaved by Goblins to become savage guard dogs and hunting companions for them.

They can be summoned as a companion by Goblin Sharp-Eye with the Worg Companion ability. These summoned variants will disappear once the summoner is defeated.
