Worgs are a generic Monstrosity and non-playable race found throughout Act One of Baldur's Gate 3. Vicious yet intelligent, these wolf-like creatures are often enslaved by Goblins to become savage guard dogs and hunting companions.

Goblin Sharp-Eyes can summon Worgs using the Worg Companion ability. These summoned variants will disappear once the summoner is defeated.
