Helena Anchev, also known as Orin's Mother Helena, is the daughter of Sarevok Anchev Sarevok Anchev and both the mother and sister to Orin Orin the Red, the latter of whom was born through an incestuous relationship between Sarevok and Helena. Helena was killed long ago by Orin when Orin was only seven years old. Her corpse was put on display in Orin's room.

The corpse of Orin's Mother Helena is found in The Chosen's Room X: 96 Y: 991 in the Bhaal Temple.

Using Speak with Dead Speak with Dead, the party can learn why she tried to kill Orin and who ordered her to do it. With this information it's possible to prevent Orin from killing whoever she kidnapped without needing to pass any ability checks.
