- Riverside Teahouse: Four of these masks can be found on a table in the Overgrown Tunnel Entrance Gallery, just before the Gnarled Door blocking your path.
- Riverside Teahouse: Also dropped by Mask of Vengeance, Mask of Servitude, Mask of Regret, and Mask of Terror, the thralls located in the Overgrown Tunnel.
- Lower City: Four more masks can be found in The Blushing Mermaid - Basement
Notes
- Removing a Whispering Mask from an unconscious NPC will kill them if the hag is still alive.
- While Auntie Ethel is alive, the wearer of this mask must make a Wisdom saving throw every turn. If failed, they become a Hag's Pawn (controlled by Auntie Ethel) and will attack the party; if all party members equip the mask, the Game Over screen appears. If all of the unaffected party members run away from combat (e.g. back to the Tea House), leaving no one to attack, the remaining mask-affected party member will be able to unequip the mask after making a wisdom saving throw.
