Helena Anchev, also known as Orin's Mother Helena, is the daughter of Sarevok Anchev Sarevok Anchev and both the mother and sister to Orin Orin the Red, the latter of whom was born through an incestuous relationship between Sarevok and Helena.

The corpse of Orin's Mother Helena is found in The Chosen's Room X: 96 Y: 991 in the Bhaal Temple.

Using Speak with Dead Speak with Dead, Helena reveals, that Sarevok Anchev ordered her to kill Orin as a offering to Lord Bhaal. Wanting to become Bhaal's chosen, Helena attacked Orin, when Orin was only seven years old, but Orin retaliated and killed her instead. Helena's corpse was put then on display in Orin's room.
