When the players approach and start a conversation with his siblings, his tadpole will connect with that of the player. He asks the player to protect his siblings, Andrick and Brynna. Edowin dies from his wounds, and cannot be saved by healing.  


When he has died, [[Dream Visitor|a voice]] will prompt the player to look closer at his body. The voice encourages the player to recover the tadpole in Edowin.

Edowin is a True Soul of the Absolute. He was searching the Wilderness with Andrick Andrick and Brynna Brynna for survivors of the Nautiloid Wreck to locate a weapon.

Involvement[edit | edit source]

Act One[edit | edit source]

Edowin can be found in the Forest at X: 139 Y: 446 dying from wounds sustained from an Owlbear attack. When the party initiate a conversation with his siblings, Edowin's tadpole will connect with that of the player character's. He asks the player character to protect Andrick and Brynna. Edowin inevitably dies from his wounds and cannot be saved by healing.

After Edowin dies, the voice of the Dream Visitor will prompt the player character to further examine his body. The voice encourages the player character to recover a Mind Flayer Parasite Specimen from within Edowin.
