Arkleia Oloril is the quartermaster of Wyrm's Rock Fortress during Act Three. She can be traded with after passing a skill check.

Quartermaster Arkleia Oloril grumpily tells the party to clear off when first approached. However, she can be convinced to show her stock of goods if the party passes an ability check:

  • [INTIMIDATION] Either you trade with me, or I suggest you start running. (DC 18)
  • [PERSUASION] What if I were to pay for, say, a 'trading license' first? (500) (DC 15)

Alternatively, the speaking character can also use Detect Thoughts Detect Thoughts or a Potion of Mind Reading to discover that she's in bad mood due to the Steel Watchers clanking around her armoury.
