Sahuagin Hunter

Sahuagin Hunters are a type of aquatic humanoid enemies found near the docks that are east of Philgrave's Mansion, in the Iron Throne and in the Water Queen's Cellar.

Throw a net to  Ensnare your target.

 Helping the target frees them from the net.
